Rule 16 Annual Report of Trustee

PROOF OF FILING REPORT WITH
COUNTY CLERK.
Within
fifteen (15) days after the trustee(s) have filed the annual report with
the Board, the trustee(s) shall submit proof to the Board that a copy of
the annual report was filed with the County Clerk in the county in which
the cemetery is located. |
